Due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns, opened food products, supplements, shaker bottles, and used gym apparel (worn or without tags) are not eligible for return or exchange.
5.2 Apparel Returns
Gym apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
5.3 Defective Products
If you receive a product that is sealed and defective (e.g., damaged packaging, product is clearly spoiled), you must contact us immediately upon receipt for assessment and resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vital Thread. This includes the Vital Thread logo, custom graphics, and website design. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
